9/11-11/12の消費期限のついた以下のブランドのOrganic Baby Carrotsと、8/14-10/23の消費期限のOrganic Whole Carrotsが対象です。

E Coli O121というバクテリアが原因で嘔吐や血便、高熱などを引き起こす可能性があるようで、すでに1名がなくなり、39名の入院が報告されています。

• Organic Baby Carrots: Brands include 365, Bunny Luv, Cal-Organic, Compliments, Full Circle, Good & Gather, GreenWise, Grimmway Farms, Marketside, Nature’s Promise, O-Organic, President’s Choice, Raley’s, Simple Truth, Sprouts, Trader Joe’s, Wegmans, and Wholesome Pantry. These have best-if-used-by dates from September 11, 2024, to November 12, 2024.

• Organic Whole Carrots: Brands include 365, Bunny Luv, Cal-Organic, Compliments, Full Circle, Good & Gather, GreenWise, Marketside, Nature’s Promise, O-Organic, President’s Choice, Simple Truth, Trader Joe’s, Wegmans, and Wholesome Pantry. These were sold between August 14, 2024, and October 23, 2024, without specific best-if-used-by dates.
